Your appointments mean a lot to us at The HeadQuarters. We get it—life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. Here’s the deal:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy (No Exceptions, Seriously!)
Need to cancel? Give us 24 hours' notice. If you bail last minute, we can't fill your slot, and someone else misses out. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance because, let’s be honest, who remembers anything they booked months ago?

Cancellation Fees:
Less than 24 hours’ notice: You'll be charged 50% of the service cost.
Appointments made within 24 hours: Need to cancel? Do it at least 4 hours before. Otherwise, it’s still 50%.
Group services: Must be held with a credit card. Cancel less than 24 hours in advance, and you’re on the hook for 100%.

We might put a hold on your credit card just to make sure you’re serious.
